Transaction Status
Follow a private payment, withdrawal or action without resubmitting it.
Choose the status endpoint#
Pass the operation's first nullifier as firstNullifier, using its decimal string. This is a public identifier from the prepared spend; it is not the transaction hash or a wallet address.
The example identifier 1 is for trying the request. Expect unknown for a payment or withdrawal and not-found for an action. Replace it with your operation's first nullifier to check a real operation.

Read the result#
A confirmed private payment or withdrawal includes transactionHash, blockNumber and blockHash. A payment with status unknown includes the block checked in checkedThroughBlock.
An action can be pending while its output awaits finalization, or finalized after its output is appended. Its response contains the action record under action. Keep pending outputs out of the spendable balance.
Handle an unknown result#
unknown or not-found does not mean a submitted transaction was canceled. It may still be pending or outside the history checked so far. These responses return retrySafe: false.
Keep the original identifier and any transaction hash, then check status again. If the API reports spent-elsewhere or a nullifier conflict, inspect the existing transaction before preparing another payment.
